Early on, he built a strong foundation in project management, facility maintenance, and safety practices through hands-on field experience. In 2014, he drew on this expertise to establish Capcon LLC, a company committed to delivering reliable construction and maintenance solutions for both public and private agencies.
With nearly two decades of industry experience, Craig combines technical knowledge with proven leadership to provide strategic direction and ensure every project aligns with Capcon’s values of quality, integrity, and service. His credentials include licensure through the NASCLA Accredited Examination - a nationally recognized distinction that streamlines general contractor licensing across multiple states and underscores his credibility within the construction industry.

Blake has been with Capcon for seven years where he has successfully managed a wide range of projects. Before joining Capcon, Blake graduated from the University of Georgia with Craig then co-owned and operated a residential home building company with his father. This gave him hands-on experience in every stage of construction from planning and permitting to final delivery. His ability to oversee schedules, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain a sharp focus on accuracy and efficiency makes him a valuable leader on complex assignments. He continues to apply this technical expertise to ensure quality projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Victoria graduated from Georgia State University and began her career as an Executive Assistant and coordinator in the wedding design industry, where she gained valuable experience in event planning, client relations, and creative project execution. She then joined Capcon after honing these skills, bringing with her a unique combination of organizational expertise and innovative flair. Known for her collaborative approach, Victoria helps foster clear communication within the team and with external partners. Her attentive nature and ability to connect with people ensures smooth orchestration between company leadership and project teams, allowing operations to run efficiently and effectively.

Andrew Smallwood, otherwise known as Levi Smallwood, honorably served the country in the U.S. Navy before beginning his career in construction in 2019. Since entering the industry, he has developed a strong track record of managing commercial construction projects with efficiency and care. His military background instilled in him the values of discipline, leadership, and attention to detail, qualities he applies to every job site and every team he leads- in combination to his 6 years in the feild. With a focus on safety, workforce coordination, and quality control, Andrew plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the companies standards.

Joyce is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She began her professional career with the architectural firm Pucciano & English, Inc., where she worked for 40 years before joining Capcon in 2024. During her tenure, she served as office manager, client liaison, and aided the firm’s principals. Recognizing the importance of expanding her skill set, Joyce continued her education and completed two years of accounting and business courses, which prepared her to transition into the role of accounting manager for the firm where she flourished. Joyce now oversees accounting services and provides financial administrative direction within Capcon. Her decades of experience in both architecture and business operations ensure accuracy and organization for the company.
